  1. Omg, yes… I love this, specially the mocha shake.. and two thumbs up for more low carb options.
And yes, even near Palm Springs is chilly tonight.
Question, for the pumpkin banana bread, older bananas should work okay?

  2. My 5 minute breakfast in the morning is 2 Eggos with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Not ideal, but enough of a macro nutrient balance that I can keep going for a few hours.

  3. HI Alyessia…I love your videos…and the funny little intros you put into each one. Thanks so much for all that you do and all that goes into these videos and the great meal prep ideas! They are so yummy! I also really appreciate how you give gluten and dairy free, and vegan options.

  4. I never thought about toasting sweet potato! what a great idea. I would sub Treeline nut based cream cheese for the goat cheese. Yum 🙂

  5. Cold morning fave is first one but summer is coming in Australia so the last one for sure when the mornings are hot 🙂 love your channel!

  6. Yes please more low carb and high protein foods would be great. I can’t wait to try the sweet potato toast. Thank you

  7. I’m excited about anything low in refined carbs and high in protein. I ALWAYS say I’m going to bake when the weather cools (but never do) so I definitely need to try the bread!

Hey! Just a suggestion, I have made the best Caramelized Bananas, on top of the pumpkin bread you made today! Enjoy! Take care. And Happy Thanksgiving 🍁🦃

  9. Almond flour is a little bit out of my budget 🙁 But i think I'll try that pumpkin/banana bread with blended oatmeal!!!!!!!

  10. Can you do some clean high calorie recipes? I'm underweight and I struggle with getting a lot of calories without looking towards ice cream and other unhealthy foods

  11. I love every recipe. It requires a bit of preparation to have all the ingredients readily available in the morning otherwise it would take more than 5 minutes just to find everything in your fridge or pantry. Definitely going to try the sweet potato toast. Looks amazing!

  12. thank you for doing low carb things… especially things like desserts. my dad is diabetic and he likes to have treats sometimes too.

  13. I realised tht oat sucks the flavor of whtever i add to them. If i add sweetener or milk or even banana, in the end it just gonna taste mushy like thingy. Is it just me or its really tht oat personality.

  14. These look amazing! I soooooo want to try these, these are amazing ideas and the intro was so very relatible lol anyways have an awesome day and a flawless weekend.
