  14. Low fat low sodium is bad for you. Talking keto then go low fat? What is wrong here. Meanwhile you add sugary things like honey, Sugar even in honey is enemy # 1 for health and weight loss.

    So glad I discovered this channel! Any tips for a paprika substitute? I have some strange food allergies and intolerances. Paprika is one and it’s in tons of recipes!
