  4. How do you figure out the portion sizes so that you can accurately (at least as accurately as possible) estimate your caloric intake? The pesto pasta for example, it says "servings per container: 1". I don't know what container was used so I can't really estimate. Perhaps I'm just ignorant but some help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    نص كوب مكرونه مسلوقه ..
    حبه بروكلى مسلوقه …
    فى الكبه بروكلى وريحان وبقدونس ويفرم جيدا واضافه 3 معالق من مايه سلق المكرونه لتسهيل الفرم ومعلقه جبنه برميزان( ممكن استبدالها بالجبنه الرومى ) واضافه معلقتين زيت زتون وملح وفلفل اسود ..
    يوضع الخليط السابق ع النار مع المكرونه ويقلب جيدا وممكن اضافه قرن فلفل احمر حاامى ويقدم والف هنا
