  2. I just received my vanilla protein, and I'm too excited! How do you add it in MyFitnessPal? When I tried to scan the code, it said it was oatmeal. Haha.

  3. my muffins for this and the other recipe you posted a while ago always come out so dense. any suggestions?

  4. I absolutely love your videos and these reciepes!!! Have you ever thought about a cookbook???!!! For sure going to try these out!

I'm think I've seen in a video of your's how to find out my calorie expenditure, can you reference it, or if you decide to do it in another video that'd be nice too. Thank you!

  7. I've wondered about phasing out Dairy from my family's diet as well. I'm just not sure of a good alternate milk that still has the caloric content that Dairy does for my little ones to drink (my kids are on the single digit end of the growth charts)

  8. Sarah, your videos are so helpful!!! Watching your videos is how I get thru cardio everyday! Question did you make 9 or 19 mini muffins? I thought 9 but on your app it said 19? Just double checking the MACROS. Thank you so much!!
