  1. hello ma'am i m from nepal..main vi weight loss process main hu pehele mere weight 76 kg tha suva main 30/ 35 min workout karti ho mere sawal ye hai ki main diet plan wese toh kuch hai mein morning time green tea with lemon or honey k sath leti hoo or 11/ 12 nepal main lunch karte hai so main vi wohi time main karti ho thodi si white rich or daal sabji leti ho aur 3/4 pm main agar vook lagti hain toh nasta leti ho naste main noodle or ots jo vo ho leti ho aur 8 pm tak main apna dinner leti hok aur dinner main rice hi hoti hai kya mere diet thik hai or nahi..wesw toh main ne 7kg weight loss kiya hai..
