Also, pls note that; millets are rich in many nutrients and phytochemicals and can be incorporated into your diet in moderation if having health issues like thyroid. Millets were observed to impact thyroid function only when they were consumed as the staple food in large quantities. Though not much study has been done on this subject! In any case it is advisable to limit millet consumption to two to three times a week for those with thyroid issues. Hope this healthy breakfast recipes will give you an idea how to eat healthy!
