  1. Sadly, that tofu will not taste like scrambled eggs. You didn't use nutritional yeast or black salt so it will just taste like fried tofu. Also, the texture is not similar. But it's still good if you don't forget to press your tofu

  5. You know, i grew up with tofu and tempeh. If you have no idea what tempeh is google it, i think its become popular there now. So yeah tofu scramble is substitute for scramble egg and its so cheap here. Street food always have tofu scramble as we called: orak arik tahu. Love from Indonesia😘

  6. Thanks for this video! I'm trying to move away from processed foods and granola is something I've stopped buying (and don't really have the time to make). I've really missed having it with my yogurt. Never thought of using quinoa! I had the quinoa parfait for breakfast this morning and it was delicious.

    All your breakfast meals are great but unfortunately i feel sick if i have to eat vegetables in the morning.What make me more energetic is bowl of fruits or natural yogurt and some protein cereals. Middle of the morning i usually eat eggs,nuts,smoothies protein juices and drink a lot of water.Thank you for sharing 🙏
