    Egg whites.. yummy, yummy, yummy. Egg yolks, dump, dump, dump. Make your french toast with out the yolks. Fry your eggs without the yolks.Put your egg whites in salad, cover with pepper, or dash, or put on your oatmeal and sprinkle with cinnamon or something.

  7. Oatmeal with ground flax seeds, dried cherries. Egg yolks high in cholesterol, remove one yolk for every two you eat.

  8. Idly is the best breakfast ever( in india )I don't know about North india but in south it's good for health 👌
