    This is not diet food. If you're on diet you can not use any oil and any dresser and souse. Everything should be steamed.

  7. On the topic of the cauliflower, beware of the shallot. I didn't know it would be so strong of a flavor. I will make this again but modify it. The chicken though is delicious!
