  2. Good recipes, I like to cut up my fresh fruit and freeze them in a sandwich bag. And I definitely have to freeze the apple, I found the smoothie didn't have that applesauce consistancy because I hate applesauce. But no ice needed when freezing the fruit and it's cold and delicious.

    Do the peanut butter and banana make your sugar go up?I did the same yougart with peanut butter banana and milk but i also added whey protein and my blood sugar went up drastically….will these not affect it?
