  3. literally, the only thing i get to make at home on a daily basis is breakfast. oh, by the way, I made the happy bowl for my family and they loved it.

Thank you for uploading this video! I'm trying to lose 23.5 pounds… (might lose about 15 lbs after my surgery on the 19th) and this should help! ~xoxo

  6. Seriously? I consider these pretty healthy, compared to what most people eat for breakfast (sugary cereals, bacon, breakfast muffins). But every video I watch people comment on how none of the ideas are healthy. Since when did having eggs in the morning count as "unhealthy"? If you workout even a little or go for a jog, these become healthy. If you have better ideas for healthy recipes, why don't you share it with the world?

  7. Anybody know low carb and low calorie EASY to make breakfasts? Any recipes I find are high in sugar, carbs, etc. Cassey's recipes aren't worth it..

  8. What would you use if you can't have peanut butter for health reasons? I can't eat nuts because they make me I'll, so what's the best alternative to peanut butter?
