  4. Sprouted bread is a yummy, healthier option. You can find it in the frozen section. I eat the Ezekiel brand. So good!

  5. Daves killer bread is not good. I am so sad by what I learned because I too loved it.
    Try leaving it out for several weeks. While most bread will mold Dave’s will not! OMG 😮

  6. For acai bowls, you can mix in whatever you like. I personally LOVE adding peanut butter in the mix and berries. a lil coconut and cacoa and sliced almonds with some fresh strawberries on top, and it's a winner.

    what i do to make sure it’s not too liquidity, when preparing the toppings for the acai i put the acai in the freezer for a bit so it becomes thicker

  12. I absolutely love your videos and your recipes always look fantastic! Avocado is one of my favorite meals as well, however, I've been trying to cut it out of my diet and only eat it now and then as a treat because of the huge environmental issue. Not sure if you've stumbled across that topic, but it's been going around the media for a while and it is a truly saddening fact. I would love it if you could bring attention to that issue in your videos we well, I mean, only in the dishes you make using avocado or other foods that are ruining our environment. Of course it is still your choice, I just thought since you promote a healthy lifestyle, it might be something that interests you 🙂

  15. I think this is a great series of videos to do! Another variation on eggs and toast that I like is a peak-a-boo egg. You cut out a circle in the toast, start cooking it in a pan, and then crack and egg in the circle. It cooks together and makes breakfast a little more fun lol. Also great for dipping the toast in the yolk of the egg!

  16. I know it might be a little too early to ask this considering it’s the summer time 😂but would you ever consider posting easy and nutrient dense meal prep ideas for busy college students?! Sometimes i find it so hard to make food that won’t smell up a lecture hall 😂

  18. DISCLAIMER : if you only want one piece of French toast and not 4, then only use 1 egg and some cinnamon! It works perfectly and you don’t waste a lot of eggs for no reason. I recommend putting peanut ( or any other nut/seed butter ) butter on it
