    Hi Johanna..Very nice recipes..I will try them.I feel very hungry in the evening around 6.30-7.30 for some reason.I m ok for the whole day & don’t eat any snack but in the evening I starve.I take my meal around 4.00 pm with my family & some fruits at 6pm for the last time.Please help.

    Hey Joanna, what is your opinion on yoghurt and dairy? I've been hearing a lot of contraditory statements and since you seem to be right like, always, I would love to hear your opinion on this.

    I love green tea. I love black tea too. I daily drink a cup of black tea with some turmeric and half a lemon squeezed in. I believe it's good for our skin n body.

  7. Hey Joanna! When you said don't consume with dairy milk…does soy milk also destroy it's good properties? because I've been making ice matcha latte (matcha, honey, soy milk, ice) every day and didn't realise it effected its benefits 🙁
