Can’t wait to try these! I am diabetic though and really don’t eat sugars, so what can I substitute on the carrots? Thanks…love your channel! 😍

I made the potatoes and balsamic carrots to go with chicken for dinner. It is the only way I will be making potatoes and carrots from now on! It's even fancy enough for company! 🙂

  3. I’m trying to eat healthier so thank you very much for these recipes! I’m going to make all of these 😍🥰

  6. I tried the carrots. The flavor is good but they could have been cooked longer. Maybe 35-40 at the same temp or longer at a lower temp

  7. These all look AMAZING, but I particularly appreciate the fact that you gave us an idea of what to pair them with and then provided a link to the recipe for the main dish recipe — thank you!

  8. Thanks, Sara Lynn! Oh my, boiling the potatoes first! I am definitely trying this one out! And I totally agree with you about fish sauce. It brings a wonderful umami to every dish it's in. Thank you for this great side dish video! 💖

These all look amazing! Potatoes are my favorite food. One question, do you think the carrots would still be good without the honey? I'm trying to cut back as much as possible on sugars.

I love your recepies so so much. 1) because i live in a tiny studio and doesnt have a lot of kitchen space. 2) i'm poor 😂

  14. That fish sauce thing is interesting. I think I'm gonna make that next week. Thank you for your simple yet interesting recipe

  15. Valuable lesson I have learned is to make vegetables the main course and meat the side dish. Less expensive, healthier in long run.
