  4. These look so yum but I can't have too much dairy too often. Oats and dairy makes me feel bloated & sluggish. They would legit be a once in awhile breakfast 'treat' for me😅 The smoothie I will definitely give a go though, loveeee veggie smoothies!

  8. Hey. i know this my sound gross. But if you are a savory gilr like me, try adding some salt to the musli instead of sweetner! it's sooo god. And some choped up apple!
