  1. thank a lot my breakfast i ate 2eggs one orange and cup of green tea after 10 feel sturbing i drink flaxseeds water.lunch 2 eggs and a cup of salad one apple or any fruits then cup of green tea..eve one cup green tea and light soups my dinner is 10 i make oats or tuna salad cup of green tea .bfore one hour i sleep one cup of ginger lemon tea..again in the morning same thing …do its healthy do i am doing right thing pls reply .thank u
