  3. These are great recipes for sure but you didn't mention the wattage of your M'wave or tell people they needed to adjust the time if theirs were a higher watt oven. It can make a BIG difference to the cooking times.

  5. You can make that Brownie keto/ gluten free. Add erithynol or stevia drops. And coconut flour or nut butter instead of white flour. Perfect fat bomb. Using almond butter instead of flour in your brownies is a game changer if you want to bake gluten free. I think this meal will probably kill most people though if eaten more then once or twice a week. But it will knock your socks off

  6. Hey Bob. I have an idea for the lazy people out there.
    Can you do one pot meals for your meal prep? Most times I am too busy (lazy) to make lunch so I eat leftovers for lunch. But I am sick of spaghetti and butter chicken. (this is also a lie). THe Hotdish is what the Midwest is all about. And there are lots of fun low carb tweaks of these awesome foods. Massaged Kale or Zoodle Hotdish. Or Vegetarian Meat Balls.
    Are there any good one pots or casseroles that are good don't have a lot of cheese or noodles? serve these with some greens or salad and you will be the envy of your coworkers.
