    For the coliflower don't know how to write it down lol are you cooking them in the water first before process food or blending them raw? I love your channel looks all healthy and delicious recipes ???????????? can I replace the sausage to a Chiken ?

  5. I feel like you're one of those people who isn't appreciated enough. What I mean is that I think a lot of people will be wishing they had watch, listened, and followed you in years from now. lol. Great meals. One of my problems is that I have three very small children who have a hard time eating things like salad etc. They like and eat veggies, but I can't feed it to them uncooked.

  6. Great meal ideas. Yours is the best channel I have come across in a long time. I am on Paleo because of a hereditary chronic illness that both my 2 sons and I have and watching your channel I feel glad that we can eat this way.

  9. I wish I could live a paleo lifestyle but I still live with my family and it's so difficult to have the rest of my family comprise eating healthier with me cause their so used to processed food!
