I love sweet potatoe waffles. I top them with sliced avacado, fried egg and homemade hot salsa. It's fabulous. I can't wait to try the smoothie bowl! I'm new to your channel and loving your recipes.

What brand of protein do you use please?
They look great. I don't have a waffle maker and I don't like salmon, but they certainly look delicious. You spoke about freezing zucchini, cauliflower. Would you steam until completely cooked? And would you put them under cold water after to prevent it from continuing to cook?
