  1. Hey sarah,
I am wondering does your healthy meal plans. Com have an app or is it just the website?? And if you do have an app isn't available in Canada??

  2. Do you know of a low carb bread that does not taste sweet or sweetish (no almond or coconut flour) and without eggs?
I love eggs but not in my bread. I was advised by a doctor not to eat more than two eggs per day and I want to leave "room" for egg dishes.

  3. the last one looks amazing i will be trying that with some low carb tortillas mmm and ps just a note agave nectar is not low carb if you wanna keep it all low carb they have some really great sf syrups out there or even some jellies

Just a heads up – agave syrup isn’t low carb. Also not a good choice for those that have lowered their fructose intake. 🙂 Keen to try those pancakes!!!

  5. I'm glad there is someone else out that that insists on making pancakes one at a time. Patience pays folks, she isn't kidding!

  6. I can't wait to try these! The ham with the egg cups are a great idea. I've always just used bacon. And low carb pancakes? What could be better?? I like topping mine with homemade strawberry preserves. Thanks for the yumminess, Sara Lynn!! 💖

  7. For the ham and egg cups are the calories 120 for all six or for one. The website gives calories but I’m unsure if it’s for one serving or the whole recipe

  8. Can you make almond flour crepes (and sweet and savory dishes?), I'm curious if the comment you made about letting the batter sit alludes to the thinness being more like a crepe if you don't let it sit.

  9. I clicked in the link for the pancake recipe, and it took me to your website @thedomesticgeek. The serving for this recipe is for 2. However, i entered 6 servings and it says the recipe calls for 9 large eggs?!🤔😱. Isn't that too many eggs thou?
