    I made the sheet pan veggies with Halloumi and my family loved it (my teens had seconds so no leftovers)! Also, I made your Greek seasoning and that was yummy too. I roast veggies frequently – but had not tried this combo before. Thanks so much for your recipe and inspiration!

  3. Can you please make some vegan recipes? My mother has an animal protein allergy that prevents her from eating almost all meat and dairy. Would love to see some vegan things I can cook for dinner with her

    The best way for halloumi to be enjoyed is in a saganaki, don't waste it all on one recipe! Use some for a saganaki!!!!!!

  7. thank you for the vegetarian recipes! I'm trying to eat less meat this year as well, but I still do enjoy cooking with cheese and eggs as well so these have been absolutely perfect!
