  2. Asians loveeee Rice and that's why it's the hardest part when you have to cut it out of the diet for health purposes. As an Indian I don't think there has been more than two days straight where I didn't consume rice.

  3. Seems to be delicious dish, but the nutritional facts label is terribly wrong Total Carbs 36g = 12% , Fiber only 4g = 16%? Sugars 4g ? What is all this wrong information. Remove the nutritional label.

    It's impossible for the calories shown to be this low in these recipes. 400-ish is my guess. The video just ridiculously toned down the calories.

  6. You shldnt use olive oil forr cooking. U can use it for salads. Bt olive oil heated up is soo not good for ur body
