  6. sausage is not healthy. it's ready made, it is better to use fresh chicken. Frying is not healthy too. Grilling is better.

  8. Pls be mindful on the sodium part . Adding a 1/4 cup of ketchup is like around 650 mg of sodium plus the cheese and a pinch of salt. Otherwise the menu looks good.
