  4. HI Joanna. Love your videos. I am looking to loose a lot a weight and want to start strength training. Whole body weight training. I have access to multigym (this one exact – http://www.avonfitnessmachines.com/product/292/commercial-5-station-multi-gym(with-m.s.-steel-weight-stages)). I looked through all your videos and did not find any videos on using multigym machines. Please make a video on how to use these multigym machines for a full body strength training. Most women have these machines in their residential complexes. Will help women like us a lot. Thanks in advance.
