  1. Hi, should I rinse the quinoa before cooking it ? some recipes seem to suggest it should be rinsed with cold water first. Thanks

Made the Asparagus, Chic, and Quinoa tonight. I subbed the asparagus for chopped broccoli since I have 5 kids. 😉 It was delicious! My whole crew gobbled it up!

I made the chicken asparagus one and OOO it's good. Especially as leftovers when you bake an individual piece and get a little crispy quinoa on the edges 😀

  7. I've had a box of quinoa in my pantry for some time wondering what to do with it. These are great inspiration, and I have most of the other ingredients. Time to get cookin'! I found your channel today and love it. Thank you!

  8. I tried the turkey taco skillet but subbed turkey for 92% lean ground beef. I loved it! The liquid did not fully get absorbed so it was more of a chili-like meal. Very flavorful.

Would the first recipe work well if it is not a broth of any kind but simply water that I add?
