    first i wanted to say congratulations on your progress! It takes a lot of strength to keep moving forward and succeeding.i have watched a few of your videos and felt more motivation to keep pushing even though this plateau is kicking my butt. i have lost 30lbs but have another 40 lbs to get rid of. I am however determined to make this happen. so keep inspiring it does help!

  7. Love you buuut I gotta say… these aren’t really on the go meals! Someone who works full days, I want something I can pack the night before and heat up at lunch the next day. Flatbreads and microwaves do not agree and I can’t cook eggs at my work and they don’t reheat well.. pasta looked good!

  14. I am so glad you posted this! I have considered trying hello fresh but the stuff I looked at had such high calories & sodium! I will look at it again!
