  3. This cant be right!..Just 1 tbsp spoon with olive oil is about 120 calories! So dish nr 1 can impossibly contain only 210 calories when the oil in itself is more then 240!
    its a good recipe, dont get me wrong, but you either have to use a lot less oil or at least give the correct information regarding the calorier 😊

  4. I liked your video. I will be trying out these recipes, but I do have a question about how you figured out the Nutrition Labels. Each of the 3 Recipes contain at least 1 TBSP. of Olive Oil which figures out to be a least 14 g Total Fat and 120 Calories by itself. How does each of your recipes average 5 g or less Total Fat? My Nutritionist tells me to watch the amount Oil used in cooking my food, they are fattening, she says.
