  2. I am a senior and diabetic. So these are too high in sugar. I am on my way to reversing my diabetes, so will try them when I am healed. Am about to try some of your other recipes. And thanks for entering the ingredients and directions for your recipes in the description section. Makes it so easy to get a few recipes to get started on going vegan.
    Love that your recipes are made for 2 or more people. Or for more than one meal.
    I will be ordering a couple select books later.

  4. Watched her 10 videos now and I can't stop being surprised how much she makes for ONE meal. Is that really for one person? Her juices, smoothies, they look like at least for two persons.
