  1. Cool recipe. Have you heard from top chefs 145° on poultry is ok? I work in a restaurant, 165° is law, but mid-rare turkey is better. The only one I've tried

  2. With all due respect, I ask permission to express my opinion, to express my view of your culture.

I follow your videos and like the suggestions, although my country is miserable, and most people don't have access to all the ingredients, but the idea is always welcome and we can adapt to what we have at hand.

The only drawback is that you Americans talk too fast, maybe it's from American culture, but the video gets heavy.

Because cooking videos are so pleasurable and instructive, the pace of verbal expression could be a bit slower. Of course, this is just my opinion. Jundiaí-SP-Brazil.

  3. I'm not chicken lover at all, but your recipes made me cook the breast with mustard… So, so deli! One more subscriber.

  4. I made the Smokey chicken, the flavors were amazing and could easily be adapted for a delicious meatless Monday meal!!

  5. I did coconut chicken curry yesterday and it was a big hit as my husband ask do it again and again.
Could you please let me know if I'd like to make big batch, does it freeze well and how?
Another favor please to make more freezer meals.
    Thanks

  6. This recipe is delicious but there is still a little worry.

When you put the chicken for 5 to 10 minutes with the vegetables, in the end the chicken skin is no longer crispy!

  8. One question I have is on the Smoky Spanish Chicken Thighs is that the total cook time seems to be about 15 minutes. These are bone in, skin on chicken thighs and it worries me that might not be enough time to cook through. Even when I oven bake them at a high temperature it is still taking nearly 45 minutes.
