  1. This is my 3rd week on the diet! First time, only lost 2.2.
Second week lost 4.2., did not eat hot dogs or any ice cream on second week. 3rd week, no ice cream or hot dogs. I weigh tomorrow, the substitutions are better, lower in. calories, sub ff cottage cheese, sf applesauce. day 3 I split the 1 cup tuna, had half cup between dinner. I am finally happy with the diet, it's working. Play with it and see what works for you. I eat diet stuff for the rest of the week. Not loosing 10 lbs.🐷 in a week, loosing sensable.
    Good luck!

  2. I lost 80 lbs just by counting calories.. let me just tell you PLEASE, don't eat below 1200 calories.. you will put your body into starvation mode and it will hold onto fat. This is also crucial when you workout and burn calories– you'll be in more of a calorie deficit.
I learned my lesson the hard way.

i hate cottage cheese so i looked up the equivalence for one cup of cottage cheese and i can eat three eggs instead is that fine to do? same with the saltine crackers and cheese i was just going to replace that with one piece of wheat bread. 🙂 and also, did you lose stomach fat? i'm trying to tone up my stomach and i feel like this would help!

You gain the water weight back. I have 4 pounds of water weight so to make sure I don't gain it back I drink a gallon of water everyday.

  5. Whats good about this diet is that it really fills you up especially with the amount of calories in it.

I heard a number of friends communicating about the diet –  “loli special plan” and made a decision to Google it for myself. It has completely transformed my life for the far better.

1100 is an extremely low amount of calories especially if you're working out. Your body may be on starvation mode and basically holding onto the calories you are eating. The military diet says to eat a 1500 calorie diet the days you are off. I recommend no lower than 1300. Your body will not lose if you don't eat enough! 😡

  8. I think you should stick to it. I'm on day two bout to have my half a banana and ice cream. It's not that bad, I'm actually eating way more than I'm used to, just eating better though except for the taste. Day 3 will be hard I'm sure but it's the last day. My first time doing this, we will see but I would stick to it.

  9. The weight gain could be coming from gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat and you've been eating well and working out. 🙂

  10. You are gaining weight because you are not eating enough. Eat about 1300 calories a day, and when you work out make sure you eat and make up for the calories you burned working out. You should lose weight a lot quicker (:

  11. keep up the good work! i dont think you should do this 3day/military diet… it really bothers me that they dont want you to drink water on it. water is amazing for you so don't skip out on it just to drop a few pounds. i think if you just focus on eating healthier and working out then you will see better results even if it takes longer. the more you make this journey into something negative by eating foods you hate and missing out on the water you love, the more you are going to not want to stick to a diet in general. you have so many options out there dont limit yourself by forcing something you arent enjoying. im super proud of you and know that you will meet all of the goals you set your little heart to accomplish!

  12. Maybe the reason you couldn't keep the weight off is because you don't need to lose any weight!! You look tiny already!

  13. I hope you try out the 21 day fix again … It is more a lifestyle change that really keeps the weight off . You are so brave to have tried this and no don't do it again lol I felt so bad for you eating those foods you hated!!! You do you girl , you are beautiful .

  14. I calorie count and have already lost 6 lbs. but you need at least 1200/day and more if you are working out. If you eat too few it can slow down your metabolism.

My family was on it. You have to have everything eaten before 6pm. After 6 your body starts storing fats and sugars. I'm guess that's why you didn't lose as much. Also, my family would lose the 10 lbs, but would gain 5 back during the off days. So technically you aren't losing 10 lbs.
