    I Tried that diet it is Physically and mentally and possibly you to lose 10 pounds in three days that is what we will say but your body you’re not ever physically and mentally process all that in three days your body has to get used to the way you’re eating and the way you’re moving around to lose weight that that is why it takes more than months

    You know, it seems to me that the thumbnail is photo shoped. The pants are on the same level at height and the same wrinkled effect on the pants, you guys may or may not just changed the way the waist was in order to seem that the person actually lost weight.
