  1. I really enjoyed your video and was genuinely happy for you. But I hated seeing you belittle your efforts and weight loss with the myths that you'll gain it right back because it's "just water weight." We have enough people trying to beat us down without helping them out doing it! I've heard all the arguments against the Military Diet but you know what? Most people aren't happy unless they're bringing good things down. That's the truth. And they do it because they're in a low place themselves and, to make themselves feel better (and instead of bringing themselves UP to a better place) it's just "easier" to bring everyone and everything else down to their level. But the website I linked to earlier is a QUICK read and does a GREAT job debunking all the lies and naysayers. What you did took self-discipline, which is WHY it's called the "Military" diet. You succeeded and reaped the benefits of your hard work. Don't let anyone take that away from you, Steven. Sorry for the second, and long, comment but I've been thinking about this and I decided to stand against the constant flow of negative comments all over the internet. I sure don't want to be one of them! So again, congrats and keep going!
