    This military diet is waaaay better eating than the way I eat now(Because I have been poor, and have had barely any food!) I plan to go on this diet very soon! Thanks for sharing your experience! 🙂

  2. nonsense, it works only if you are overweight and not watching your calories..
    i have been exerciseing, eating healthy and within my calorie limit…my BMI is 20……i tried this to drop down to 19 and look leaner….did twice…and both time…no result at all….my weight remains constant…

    when i did 1st i thought may be i didn't watch the quantity…so after a week i did this diet with food scale & measuring cum…..yet no change in my weight…not even 1 pound

  3. Thank you for this in depth review of this diet. I am currently on the diet. I know I shouldn't be weighing myself everyday but I do it in the morning anyway after I tickle. I started at 196.5 on the second day I weighed myself and I was already 194 lbs that morning. I drink plenty of water with no exercise which I am going to start today by taking a nice walk before bed. I will follow the 4 day off meal plan you suggested and see if I can keep the weight off until I start round 2. A coworker suggested this diet to me after I noticed how he had slimmed down in a short period of time. I will post pics after my second round.

  4. I've been following your strategy for the Military Diet and just started my second round of the 3 days and have lost a total of 11 pounds!!!! I'm 57 so I think that's amazing. I believe the " treat meal" on day 8 is the key. Thanks for posting this video, it's been super helpful 👍

    I heard a several friends talking about the diet –  “loli special plan” and made a decision to Google it for myself. It has completely improved my life for the far better.

  10. Hi there, it seems like your very disciplined I'm sure that has something to do with your military background everyone not that disciplined some people want a quick fix.

  11. Thanks so much for the video . I'm joining the AirForce , and I have to loose 24 pounds by the end of the month to go to meps . I've calculated that if I start the military diet tomorrow , and I loose an average of 6 pounds each time , I can be at my goal at the end of the month . I'm nerves but determined because I realllyyy want this and I'm willing to push myself to new highs to do this
