  1. I just completed the diet yesterday. I didn't eat the 🍦 though. I lost 9 pounds. I measured my waist. I lost an inch from my waist. I should have followed the plan exactly without eliminating the ice 🍦 and exercised more. I just walked because the instructions said not to exercise intensively. I plan to begin again this Tuesday for three days and exercise more, just walking for about an hour a day.

  3. Y’all I’m down 15 pounds from this diet. Just a little tip if you don’t lose weight after the 3 days don’t despair continue eating sensibly and healthy the next 4 days and then weigh yourself on the morning of the 5th day. You’ll lose the weight! Also continue eating vanilla ice cream with a banana at night with dinner. For some reason it really gets yr metabolism working 🤷‍♀️

    I lost 3lbs so, I decided to do it for several weekends and eat normal during the week and works very good for me.

  5. Wow great account of this diet. I wish i can do it. The most I lose in a one week exercise and lower carb diet is 1.5 pounds then I stop after 6 weeks coz just can't stay with it.

  6. I only lost 3 pounds…I was pissed, but then I realized how my clothes were fitting. This diet is so worth it. I'm going to repeat it every 7 days for a month. You don't even want to go back to your old eating habits.

  7. I Lost ten pounds when I did it but I exercised because the other videos said that u will gain it after and so I tried exercising with the diet and the weight stayed off😀
