    You can also space out the food too. Like have the grapefruit in the morning then wait an hour or so then have the toast w/pb. I would eat the second toast like 3 hours later then eat the tuna for lunch. Then eat the apple  a few hours later then the meat (I have tilapia or something not meat) and green beans. Then wait later to have the ice cream and banana, I eat the veggie dogs instead of the meat one. I saute the hot dogs with the veggies it's good.   4. I'm starting the Military Diet tomorrow! This was a great video.. You really explained well 🙂 I'm curious about your apple cider drink you threw together? Because I'm not really a coffee or a tea drinker. Do you enjoy drinking it or do you just kind of gulp it down?

  6. I used to do this years ago when I wanted to loose a little weight but now I can't have grapefruit so I'm out! =D I like the diet and I substituted the hot dogs with deli meat. It worked! =D Janet
