  5. I do believe the saliva contains an enzyme that helps the digestion, which is also why it's good to chew for longer. But that goes for liquid foods as well, so it's much better to eat your smoothies (like smoothie bowls for example) instead of drinking them. Just a tip! 😊

  6. I'm new to your channel. My daughter has had a lot of troubles with her digestive track and we have recently been encouraged to go vegan and gluten free. I was looking around for recipe ideas (this is a huge change for us) and stumbled across your videos. I am very excited to try some of these recipes. I love the taste of quinoa and she does too.
