Hi Bobby – just finished my first Meal prep by following your amazing videos 🙂 Thanks! I have a question that I couldn't find answered anywhere else on the internet … I live with a tiny kitchen with only a couple of burners and it's simply not practical for me to own two big cast iron skillets.
After cooking 2-3 thighs at a time, what's the best, fastest way to keep cooking the thighs in my cast iron? Seems like I can't just keep plugging along because some of the previous residue gets too burnt in, and I also don't want to do a full cast-iron clean in the middle of cooking my chicken!
