  1. There has to be a alternative for coffee, coffee is gross. Can I drink unsweet Tea unstead. Going to start tomorrow. Help! Yuck , gross coffee.

  3. I would suggest that if you are o blood type then do this. You'll only lose weight if you are blood type o.

  4. The one I found on another source said 2 boiled eggs, 400g spinach and 200g beef. Should I follow this instead?
    Can I substitute beef for lean pork? And cod with another similar fish?
