    Ayurveda suggests not to combine BANANA and MILK together !!
    Although they are amazing in taste , but not like that to our gut !!!

    That raita thing seems more of a 'pachadi' thing as we malayalees (keralites) call it… We add ashguard instead rest all same, should try it, if tastes amazing with rice and there are many variations of it …now this can too be counted…nice recipes ❣️

  8. Can u share something fr weight and fat control(veggies / fruits),I’m sure due to lockdown nobody’s is working out and since we are not working theirs no physical activity as in routine .hence it would be great if u can share something which the very limited items.
