  4. These recipes are awesome! Quick and easy to make. But doesn't adding mayyonaise add more calories? I was thinking of using low calorie mayonaise, I hope that won't add to the calorie count.

  5. I wanted to share with the group that there is a brand of tortilla by Ole that is low glycemic. Whether you are a type 1 or type 2 diabetic or pre-diabetic or nowhere in the ranges. I think that following a low carb diet it's beneficial. Type 1 diabetic is autoimmune. Type 2 and 3 diabetes can often be controlled. It's important that we know the distinction between type one and type two. So I have been looking at low glycemic foods to use. The only raps are used are made with flaxseed and whole week. They are 50 calories and 16 carbs. We know that 15 cards is a serving. And if you are a woman you tend to need more than a man. But I've used these recipes but substituted some ingredients for lower-calorie or lower carb ingredients. And 7 months I've lost 50 lb. And that is because all I have been doing is substituting and subtraction. I don't use mayonnaise in my tuna, I use mustard. But these are definitely some recipes that I will be trying this week. Also try to find a low-calorie brand tuna. To wear the first recipe with 320. I can take off at least a hundred calories by substituting low calorie ingredients.

    Remember calories is calories. And if your goal is to maintain your weight or weight loss. Please be mindful of that.
